The Greyhound Horror Festival is holding its first event of its kind in Louisiana, attracting hundreds of botanists, freaks and dead horror fans from near and far. Among them are a fan of Chase and his girlfriend Lane, who are forced to accompany them on a journey. But as the event approaches, Lane begins to feel vague instructions and disturbing visions of past cities, including the local legend / myth of the Creeping Bridge.
